Please find below the steps involved: 

1. Try to use a different usb cable and usb port on the vehicle. Also, make sure that there are no other phones connected to the vehicle via bluetooth and usb port.

If this doesn’t fix the issue, please try the steps below:

1. Prepare a Micro SD card and format it into FAT32
2. Copy the firmware file named “update. zip” to the root directory of the Micro SD card

4. Plug in the Magic Box Lite to the vehicle and then  insert the Micro SD card
5. Tap "Wipe data and format flash" on the pop-up notification, next tap Install to start updating
6. After updating is finished, the system will restart. Remove the card.
