How do I return/exchange my order?Updated 4 months ago

Returns

You can return/exchange any item(s) within 60 days of the delivery date but you must have all the original packaging (box & components inside) to qualify. Products that have missing components or original box are not eligible for refunds.

Holiday Shoppers: Due to the gifting nature of our products, we will be modifying our return policy to allow enough time for your recipient to return if they wish. Please provide proof of the gift and have the recipient reach out with the person who placed the order. 

If your items arrived damaged, please reach out to us directly with images and videos within 24 hours of delivery.

  1. Find your Order Number and Email, Zip Code, or Phone Number
  2. Head to our Returns Center
  3. Let us know why you wish to return your items
  4. Once approved, you will be emailed the prepaid shipping label to send back the item(s)
  5. Refunds are processed upon the item(s) being successfully delivered to our warehouse and inspected for no damages.
Orders placed more than 30 days ago will not be eligible for returns.

Exchanges

You can have purchased the wrong item or directed by our customer support team to request an exchange. You can follow these easy steps to do so:

  1. Find your Order Number and Email, Zip Code, or Phone Number
  2. Head to our Exchange Center
  3. Let us know why you wish to exchange your items
  4. Once approved, you will be emailed the prepaid shipping label to send back the item(s)
  5. The replacement will be shipped automatically upon arrival of the item(s) you are returning for an exchange.
