My order says delivered but I have not received it, what do I do?Updated 4 months ago

If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you are unable to locate it please try to following:

• Check the shipping address entered at the time of purchase is correct.
• Look for a notice of attempted delivery (delivery card from postal company).
• Have yourself a good scavenger hunt around delivery location, put yourself in the shoes of the mailman.
• Check with your neighbors or leasing office to see if they accepted delivery on your behalf.
• Contact the delivery company with your tracking number to seek further clarification of where they left the package or if they have taken to a delivery center for you to pick up.
• Wait 48 hours, in rare cases packages may say delivered prior to arrival.
